Submission Requirements:

1. Complete the Application Form: Fill out all sections of the online application form.

2. Provide Documentation:

○ Proof of nonprofit status.

○ Founding documentation showing the founder's status as a veteran, first responder, doctor, or nurse.

3. Mission Statement: Include a detailed mission statement and a summary of your organization’s activities and impact.

4. Proposal: Submit a proposal outlining how the Gold Sponsorship will be used to further your organization’s goals. This should include a budget breakdown and timeline.

Selection Critera:

1. Mission Alignment: How well your organization’s mission aligns with the goals of advancing cannabis or psychedelic research, therapy, or wellness.

2. Impact: The demonstrated impact of your organization’s work and its potential for future impact.

3. Use of Funds: The clarity and feasibility of the proposed use of the sponsorship funds.

4. Innovation: Your organization’s innovation in addressing challenges within the cannabis or psychedelic space.

1. Gold Sponsorship Package:

○ $15,000 value

○ 10’x10’ vendor booth space

○ 4 General admission & 2 VIP tickets

○ 5 Social media posts

○ Promotional support including features in newsletters, social media, website, livestream for the event, on stage signage, & all venue banners

○ Guaranteed speaking spot on a panel

○ Message in pre-event email

Terms and Conditions:

1. Non-Transferable: The sponsorship is non-transferable and must be used by your organization as proposed.

2. Publicity: By accepting the sponsorship, you agree to participate in promotional activities and publicity efforts related to the giveaway.

3. Compliance: Your organization must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to cannabis and psychedelics.

4. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the sponsorship if your organization is found to be in violation of these rules or engages in activities that are inconsistent with the goals and values of the giveaway.
